By accessing Kaobafashion.com, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions; that you have the right, authority and capacity to comply with this agreement; and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your access to and use of the Website.
Through this site you can make your purchases online. By carrying out a purchase request through this site, a direct pre-contractual relationship will be established, equivalent to the issuance of a firm commercial purchase order.
PAYMENTS
You can make the purchase by credit or debit card. Once the funds are confirmed according to each established means of payment, we promise to deliver your product under the established conditions, as well as the delivery of the corresponding invoice. This will be sent by email and also physically.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be entered on the shopping bag page. Discount codes are only valid for the times indicated and will not be valid after their expiration date. All discounted orders are final sale.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are in Costa Rican colones. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any discounts will be published by us, and not by third parties.
INVENTORY
While we do our best, occasionally items that are ordered will be out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified when the rest of your order ships and you will be refunded for the out-of-stock item(s). We cannot guarantee inventory.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
We will never share your personal information. Our checkout is secured using the latest SSL. Any information you provide to us will only be used to fulfill your order. If you have an account with us, all your information is safe and will not be shared.
RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS. In case of a return, a credit will be given for the SAME amount that the item was purchased, as long as the item is in the same condition that it was received (in perfect condition with labels and invoices). The change can be made by changing the size or changing the item.
We will not apply changes to garments that are returned damaged, used and/or dirty.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
All intimate apparel, swimwear, necklaces, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, glasses, handbags, keychains, and iPhone cases are for final sale.
All discounted items are final sale.
You are responsible for return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING AND RATES
Shipments will be through Correos de Costa Rica. After your order has been confirmed, it will take 1-2 days to process and ship. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipments take 1-3 business days to arrive.
The shipments have a cost of ¢2,000.
Regarding orders that are collected in person at physical stores, San Pedro or Paseo Metrópoli, it takes a maximum of 24 hours to deliver a ready order. If the time was before, the client will be notified.
