If I bought an item but need to exchange it for another, how should I proceed?
- Remember that you have up to 7 days to make any changes. We do not accept returns.
- Check that the item and packaging are in perfect condition as well as that its accessories are complete.
- Changes can also be made via shipping. The product must be sent to our exchange address specified in the terms and conditions area.
- Present yourself at the store where you made the purchase with the invoice and the item. Ask the Customer Service Manager to help you.
- In the store, the Customer Service Manager will review the product and request the respective approval.
If I have a claim for a product that doesn't work, what do I do?
- Look for the invoice as it is a requirement to present it.
- Present yourself at the store where you made the purchase with the item and all its parts or parts.
- Ask the Customer Service Manager for help, he or she will verify the data (even test the item) and tell you how to proceed.
- If the item is within the warranty period, they will receive it for review by the service facility. Once they give their technical criteria, the store will inform you how your problem will be solved.
How long does my package take to arrive?
- The packages are sent through the Costa Rican post office. After your order is confirmed, it will take 1 day to ship. The package will arrive 1-3 business days after the purchase has been made.
How can I track my order?
- When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once received, you can track it on the CR post office page with your guide number. correos.go.cr/tracking/consulta_envios/tracking.aspx
Can I make changes to my order?
- If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will not be able to make changes or cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
How can I make a change?
- Follow the instructions provided on the invoice included with your order. You are responsible for return shipping. To make sure your items are eligible for return, you can check our full return policy posted online.
